• Delivery Time: 2-4 business days

2. Free Shipping

• Rate: Free for orders of $50.00 or more

• Delivery Time:2-4 business days



Processing Time



• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.



Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking



• You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.



Delivery Issues



• Fresh Print Crafts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or any customs processes.

Refund and Return Policy



1. Return Conditions



1.1 You have the right to return your order within 14 days without providing any reason.



1.2 The return period is 14 days from the date you receive the goods.



1.3 Products must be returned in their original, unused, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.



1.4 Custom-designed products are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error in the product.



2. How to Initiate a Return



2.1 To request a return for defective or faulty products, please send an email to seodrome@gmail.com Include your order number, photos showing the defective or faulty area, and a brief description of the issue.



2.2 Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return number and return address.



2.3 Send the products to be returned in their original packaging along with the return number.



3. Refund Process



3.1 After receiving the product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.



3.2 If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 business days.



3.3 The refund will be issued to your original payment method.



4. Return Shipping Costs



4.1 The cost of return shipping for defective or faulty products will be covered by us.



4.2 For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
